I work in a field that is at high risk for litigation, both during projects and after completion, which means I am diligent with whom I associate. Any minor misstep can lead to years of court appearances and risk of nonpayment. I have historically relied on trusted employees in order to insulate from any disasters which can arise from a lack of attention or accountability. On the recommendation of a colleague, I brought in City Roofing and Maintenance to handle the re-roofing of a very sensitive property. Although I was wary of the service and care a third party could provide I will admit, at the end of the project, that my doubts were cast aside and I have since relied on their services.
